How does the free trial work?
You start checkout in Stripe and get 14 days of Pro access. After trial, billing continues on your selected plan unless canceled in Stripe.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time through your company settings. Prorated charges apply.
Is there a limit on how many estimates I can send?
The Free workspace includes up to 5 new estimates per calendar month. Paid Starter+ plans include unlimited estimates; Pro unlocks advanced operations (regional DB, jobs, etc.).
How does the estimate-to-job conversion work?
Once a customer approves an estimate on the Pro plan, you can convert it into a Job record with one click, preserving all data for scheduling.
